Pressure points in middle of hands?

For the last week after I got back from my cruise,  I have been having issues sleeping which is not unusual since your body get's used to the swaying of the ocean.  However, Monday and I was fine and slept well.  But on Tuesday,  I woke up at 3:11 out of the blue and couldn't fall back to sleep.  I kept hearing noises in the house, like movements.  I dismissed it as just being tired. Wednesday, comes around and the same thing happened, woke up around the same time again.  This time I couldn't get back to sleep and I had thoughts of being scared for some reason.  



Also, my pressure points in the middle of my hands are sore. If you look at the picture that I added, it's the sun in the middle with the red square around it.  I have no idea what that means?  But I woke up with these spots sore in both hands.  Not to mention my heel is hurting me, no doubt that is probably plantar fasciitis in which I will see a foot doctor about that.

More sightings this past weekend at the coast

This weekend we were at the coast of Atlantic Beach, NC and like more of my sightings.. I normally see them alone instead of a few interesting times that my renter at the coast saw a few.  This time was different, Todd and I were on the boat and it was around 9:30 pm est, I was asking the ET's to show themselves and I did this for about 30 minutes.   After about 40 minutes through our boat ride, I saw 2 red/blue blinking lights above us and slowly disappeared in the atmosphere.  Then on our way back, I saw a 3 white lights floating along the water and just hovering.  I pointed it out to him and he said, I don't know what that is, as it could not be a boat traveling that fast.  Most boats have red/green lights on the bow.   Also, forgot to mention that during the fireworks, we saw three red/orange orbs in the opposite direction of the fireworks. Sleeping Issues and feeling watched

For the last few months, I have been having a tough time sleeping..  not sure if that's because my sleeping partner with me snores like a bull in heat or something else.  I do manage to get some sleep, but wake up at horrible times.  For example, I will go to sleep at 10pm and wake up at 3:15 or 3:45 am....  completely awake and can't fall back to sleep. Last week I was sitting in my chair that faces the front door and windows and the plantation shutters were open and it was early, around 8:30 pm and it was dark outside.  I was watching tv and all of a sudden at the corner of my eye I noticed a figure by the window.  At first, I was like..  naaa..  its just my mind playing tricks.  I got up and walked to the restroom and came back and noticed that the figure left.  I went to the front door and turned on all the outside lights and of course I didn't see a thing.   An hour past, again I see something outside...  this time...

Helicopters and UFO's

SO it continues that I see more things! So this past evening, September 24th was an interesting night.....   First started off with helicopters going over the house and heading to McGee's crossroads. After about 10 minutes, I went outside to the back porch and noticed another copter flying really close to the house and heard a second one also.  At this point, I went to the front of the house and saw one of the helicopters flying to the West ... and the second one was over my neighbors house just sitting there.. As I looked closer, I noticed a red/blue/white orb blinking and then I saw a second..  the copters were watching it and hovering around them...  this went on for about 10-15 minutes and at this point, two neighbors were walking down the hill of where my house sits and noticed the blinky lights also and the copters following them.
